Because this is not a full time business, we can't always get to the post office every day, but we do make an effort to ship the minis quickly. This means that you might have to wait up to a couple of weeks before you recieve your order (depending on your location).
If you order any pre-order figs, we will ship the whole order together when the pre-order figs are cast, even if you have ordered minis not on pre-order.
Our shipping costs are the same all over the world:

Well, here is what Kev has to say about the matter:
"Hassle Free comes from Hasslefriesian.
Hasslefriesian comes from Bothercalf (kind of a cow theme going on).
Bothercalf comes from Kneebiter (bear with me).
Kneebiter was a name my RPG group had for Dwarf.
So with that in mind the following should make sense.
My Favourite race to play in RPG's is Dwarf.
One of my favourite characters was a guy called Grant Bothercalf, with the name derived from Kneebiter (Knee, Calf, both parts of the leg. Get it?).
Another favourite character was a guy who came in to being when Grant bought the farm. This fellow was called Grond Hasslefriesian and in a deviation from the norm, he was (or is, since he never died) a Half Ogre.
Grond Hasslefriesian reappeared ten years later in the form of Mjolnir Haxlefrei. Mjolnir and Grond are the names of mythical or literary hammers of gods and Haxlefrei is just me mucking around with Hasslefriesian and different languages.
So there you go. I'm surprised you couldn't figure it out for yourself."
