9 Things You Didn't Know About Kev

1: As his wife I would describe KJ as a ‘modern day hobbit’…..but with less hair!!!

2: His favourite weapon to make is an axe.

3: His favourite race to sculpt are Dwarves.

4: ‘Llysa’ (i-Kore figure) and ‘Liberty’ (Hasslefree mini) are both modelled on me. ‘Llysa’ is my pre-pregnancy figure and ‘Liberty’ is my post-pregnancy figure !!

5: He doesn’t have a favourite tool (keep it clean!), but prefers to use one he has made by carving the ends of small paintbrushes.

6: Kay-Finn Whiteaxe (from i-Kore) is modelled on Kev……but Kev doesn’t have a broken nose.

7: Until our youngest daughter was born in July last year, Kev was one month away from his Karate black belt.

8: If doing freelance work then Kev works from conceptual drawings sent over from the company. Hasslefree miniatures have no concept sketches….they all come straight from Kevs head.

9: Amanthas the Huntress (i-Kore figure) is John Robertsons (i-Kore boss) wife Samantha.
