Painted for ebay November 2002

Another one of the Fomorian Siren, this one painted with a human flesh tone. I used a very limited palette; skin, brown hair, NMM gold and red. After I was finished I though the model needed a little something. I decided to try and paint a tattoo. I had never tried it before but it was quite easy: First I drew a sketch of the tattoo on a piece of paper. Then I just mixed a drop of water, a drop of blue ink and a drop of GW Storm Blue. It was painted onto her leg and arm (not visible in the pics) with a brush with a good tip. I really like the effect and I will definitely try it on other minis.
