Painted May 2003

As you can see this girl is supposed to be carrying a shield, but I though it would be a shame not to take a few pics, so it was possible to see her face. Especially considering it was really hard to paint, because it's almost covered by her big hair! I'm pretty happy with the way she turned out. The jewellery on her thighs was a total pain to paint. It it just so small and needs to be blacklined neatly. I thought her sword looked awfully flat so I decided to try a little freehand there. I like the effect :)
