Painted for ebay November 2002

I just can't seem to get a good pic of the fella which is quite annoying because I spend a lot of time painting him. I lost interest several times while trying to finish him, and he had been standing on my worktable for months before I finially decided that I couldn't stand him anymore and finished him. I think the problem was the black undercoat I'd used. It made him look all dark and boring. In the end I'm very happy with the paintjob. The NMM turned out just like I wanted it, especially on the sword. I'm also very fond of his dragon staff. I love that green colour.
